This latest version of the History Module places the processor, SCSI interface, and media on a single boad. Instead of a chassis (or two) housing the K4LCN-4 card, the SPC card, and the disk drives, the SBHM fits the functionality of these assemblies onto a single LCN-style printed circuit board.

The SBHM requires R500 or above.

The SBHM only supports Dual Logical Drives:
- One drive equals a Dual Drive HM
- two drives equal a Dual Redundant HM

Effective storage for each logical drive is 1.8GB
